What is the Lightbody Activation (LBA)?
The LBA is process for raising the vibrational level of the body’s energy system through clearing blockages and increasing the light present in the cells. It involves working with the chakras and the auric layers on the energy level.

What causes these results from the activations?
As you experience activations, it causes your body to receive more light into its cells and energy system (chakras, aura and meridians). Working with the Lightbody Activation
Depending on what you want to accomplish with the activation, there are several ways you can work with it.
The Lightbody Session:
The Lightbody activation is a simple process performed in a relaxing environment with soft music, candles, and incense while you lay, fully clothed, on a massage table. The activation starts by you repeating three times “I am the light of the world.” As you lay in the crystal triangle, your chakras are activated and light is spun into the layers of your aura and prana into the cells of your body. Your vibration rises to the 5th dimensional level as I work with your energy. The activation ends with you repeating three times “I am the conscious master of the cells in my body” and “I choose peace, joy and harmony for every cell in my body.” Your crown chakra is then activated to create a holographic cellular memory for your body of this level of vibration.
I conclude the session with Reiki energy.
What will I experience during the activation
Everyone has a different experience. Some people see colors, lights, angels, ascended masters or simple go to the void during the activation. Some feel the sensation of the aura spinning or tingly as prana activates their cells. Some may not feel or see anything. However it still works, regardless of your experience. Everyone seems to feel deeply peaceful, relaxed and uplifted at the end.
After Your Lightbody Session:
Drink a lot of water.
Plan to go to bed earlier after your LBA if you feel tired. Allow yourself extra sleep to process the changes in the body.
The activations trigger a deep clearing within the body. An Epsom salt bath or sitting in a hot tub supports this process.
